One-to-one support to create the organizations, communities, and the world you imagine

The Help You Need–Just in Time

Bea’s Helpline is a practical and revolutionary solution built for people working in mission-driven organizations.

One-to-one virtual support sessions will help you reframe, reduce, and remove your immediate and long-term challenges.

Schedule helpline calls anytime you need them so you can:

  • Get you through the next 24 hours, week, or impending deadline

  • Co-work for an hour to remove a road block

  • Pause for just enough time to reflect with a thought partner

  • Move from creative concept to liberatory practice

You set the agenda. All calls are one hour. Pay what is fair.

  • “Michelle helped us see ourselves more clearly and honestly -- while simultaneously helping us make structural changes and raise money to move forward with the difficult work of addressing issues of racism and power.”

~Anonymous, Former Chair, Board of Directors

  • “Having a hands-on thought partner to untangle a task or strategy and meet a deadline, can be exactly what you need in many points of your career. Michelle is that partner. She was instrumental in supporting me through the process of creating a campaign budget and strategy that resulted in a realistic forecast of expenses and fundraising needs. She is hands-on, strategic, and focused.”

    ~ Cristina Aguilera
